Village District

True to its name, an inviting, village-like feel marks the charming Village District neighborhood. Its attractive mix of homes, shopping, and dining, all within close proximity of each other, makes it one of Raleigh’s most desirable—and walkable—areas.

The Lansing will stand a short walk (less than 5 minutes!) from the open-air Village District shopping center, which alone features more than 100 retailers and restaurants. We fully agree with ShopVillageDistrict.com: “At the center of everything… Village District is a refreshing retreat where you can explore and discover the best Raleigh has to offer.”

Hillsborough Street

The Lansing will be situated just north of Hillsborough Street, where it borders the North Carolina State University campus. Here, residents will find restaurant options for both sit-down meals and grab-and-go bites as well as shopping destinations for everyday essentials.

Cultural attractions within a 10-minute stroll include the Gregg Museum of Art & Design and Theatre in the Park, while an additional 5 minute walk will bring residents to family-favorite Pullen Park.
